Role Overview

As Head of Sales & Sales Performance, you will be responsible for our sales organization with a clear focus on growth, performance, and results. You will ensure that market potential becomes measurable sales, consistently steer sales through key figures, and bring operational strength to the field.

What You Will Do

You will lead our field service as well as all sales-related internal departments at our Leipzig location, steer and strengthen our indirect sales together with regional sales managers and sales representatives, and ensure a high-quality and efficient processing of all incoming orders.

Requirements

  • several years of sales and leadership experience in the B2B field
