Role Overview
Generate qualified sales pipelines in the Enterprise and Large Corporate Segment. Focus on acquisition, first contact, and qualification. Work closely with Account Executives to lead opportunities to a close.
What You Will Do
Identify and prioritize Enterprise Accounts, build and maintain a Target Account List, and develop individual outreach strategies per account. Conduct structured first conversations, evaluate and qualify leads, and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in Outbound Sales/Business Development in the B2B field
- Ideally experience in the Enterprise or complex Mid-Market Segment
- Proven success in generating qualified pipelines
- Strong skills in cold acquisition and first contact
- Ability to quickly gain access to relevant decision-makers
- Structured, disciplined, and self-responsible working style
- High resilience and goal orientation
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
