Role Overview
As VP Marketing, you will lead our ~10-member international marketing team and optimize our marketing to directly contribute to revenue growth. You will report directly to the C-Level and focus on revenue generation and partner marketing to expand our pipeline across Europe.
What You Will Do
Develop marketing measures that have a measurable impact on our revenue growth, establish digital sales as a fixed component of our growth strategy, and use data-based methods and growth approaches to build a scalable marketing infrastructure and continuously optimize the sales funnel.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly with a product-led growth approach
- Understanding of SaaS technologies and the specific requirements of the market
- Experience in end-to-end digital sales
- Proven success in building demand generation, pipeline growth, and partner marketing
- Analytical strength and ability to work data-driven
- Team spirit and ability to work with adjacent teams
- Experience in leading and building international teams
- Ability to communicate effectively in both German and English
