Role Overview

As VP Marketing, you will lead our ~10-member international marketing team and optimize our marketing to directly contribute to revenue growth. You will report directly to the C-Level and focus on revenue generation and partner marketing to expand our pipeline across Europe.

What You Will Do

Develop marketing measures that have a measurable impact on our revenue growth, establish digital sales as a fixed component of our growth strategy, and use data-based methods and growth approaches to build a scalable marketing infrastructure and continuously optimize the sales funnel.

You will work closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams, and be responsible for building and scaling our partner marketing strategy, driving the international expansion of Eye-Able forward, and ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with sales goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly with a product-led growth approach
  • Understanding of SaaS technologies and the specific requirements of the market
  • Experience in end-to-end digital sales
  • Proven success in building demand generation, pipeline growth, and partner marketing
  • Analytical strength and ability to work data-driven
  • Team spirit and ability to work with adjacent teams
  • Experience in leading and building international teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both German and English
