Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will work globally with production, marketing, operations management, and leadership to support existing and acquire new business in the target territory – legal, life sciences, or localization. This individual will be the primary support person for existing BDD’s and will have the added responsibility to grow their own book of business.
What You Will Do
Transactional responsibility and oversight for key customer accounts, working closely with existing BDD team to ensure best in class customer care. Research and identify new business opportunities and support BDDs with data analysis. Assist building and participate in presentations to senior managers and decision makers.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in professional services or technology solutions
- A track record of success and stability within sales
- An understanding and proven track record working in a customer-centric sales methodology
- Experience with lead generation, key account targeting, qualifying and closing new business including new and existing accounts
