Role Overview
Lead growth for Western Union’s US digital business, driving customer and revenue growth through market strategy, pricing, go-to-market execution, product commercialization, and cross-functional leadership.
What You Will Do
Own the growth agenda, develop and execute strategies to accelerate growth, monitor customer and market trends, define and lead go-to-market strategy, drive product and marketing commercialization, and lead pricing strategy.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, digital banking, consumer technology, e-commerce, or related digital businesses
- Proven track record leading digital growth, go-to-market, or business management functions
- Strong commercial and operating instincts
- High level of comfort with analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Deep understanding of growth drivers in high-volume, transaction-based businesses
- Experience partnering closely with product organizations and influencing priorities through market insight and business cases
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across cross-functional, global, and matrixed environments
- Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
