Role Overview
You’ll play a key role supporting customer relationships and helping grow a strong portfolio within Specialist Banking. Based in Adelaide, this is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you’ll work one to one with a Relationship Manager to deliver great outcomes for customers while building your own capability.

You’ll help identify new opportunities, support lending and credit processes, and stay close to what matters most to your customers. You’ll build trust through responsive service, clear communication and a genuine interest in helping businesses thrive.

Requirements
- Prior experience as an accountant or commercial banker
- Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine focus on customer outcomes
- Confidence working with financial information and supporting credit processes
- A proactive approach to spotting opportunities and adding value
- Clear communication and the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
