Role Overview

As a Senior Brand Partner Manager / Brand Buyer, you will play a key role in shaping and growing our premium Home & Living portfolio across international markets. You will drive strategic brand partnerships, optimise commercial performance, and ensure an attractive assortment for design-conscious customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international premium brand partners, negotiate and secure competitive commercial terms, and identify new business opportunities to drive mutual growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Buying, Category Management, or Key Account Management, ideally within e-commerce or the Home & Living industry
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, market dynamics, and consumer trends
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data and translate insights into strategic actions
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, combined with a confident and results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in English
