Senior Business Development Manager – Product Marketing

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager – Product Marketing, you will shape and drive the strategic development of the Product Marketing approach for the Westwing Collection, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across all marketing channels. You will combine commercial understanding, hypothesis-driven thinking, and customer-centric decision making to identify growth opportunities, strengthen product positioning, and maximise the impact of our key product families.

What You Will Do

Drive the strategic development and continuous evolution of the Product Marketing approach, define and drive strategic growth initiatives, analyse category and campaign performance, define product positioning and Go-to-Market approaches, and develop hypotheses and drive testing.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Growth Management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Hypothesis-driven mindset with experience testing, validating, and iterating initiatives based on data and customer insights
• Excellent commercial understanding and ability to connect business performance with marketing and customer behavior
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to move between strategic development and operational execution
