Role Overview
WeWork India is seeking an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to oversee the performance of external media agency partners and run in-house campaigns. The role involves managing campaigns across key B2B channels, developing targeting strategies, and optimizing bids and audience parameters.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, developing targeting strategies, and optimizing bids and audience parameters. They will also be expected to extract performance data, build reporting dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, or media buying
- Experience working with or at a media agency is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Deep, hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for raw data manipulation
- Familiarity with web analytics and tracking concepts (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Exceptional quantitative skills with the ability to look at a spreadsheet of ad metrics and quickly diagnose campaign health
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to explain media performance metrics to non-media stakeholders and effectively manage external vendor relationships
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
