Newly Created Positions as FP&A Manager / Senior Manager (Global Remit)
Our globally renowned client is currently hiring two high-impact FP&A Managers / Senior Managers to further steer their global financial strategic growth.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy in a predominantly work-from-home (WFH) setup, you will turn complex global data into strategic decisions, optimize investments, and partner with international leaders.
This role requires some Mandarin language capabilities given the need to engage key stakeholders in the Mandarin speaking markets and offers the right talent flexibility to be based outside of Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Global Strategy: Deliver comprehensive financial performance reviews, flag critical trends, and construct high-impact management reports for international leadership.
- Shape Market Expansion: Build ad-hoc scenario models and data analytics to evaluate and guide entry into new international markets.
- Optimize ROI: Lead pre- and post-investment analysis for global growth and marketing initiatives, delivering actionable improvement plans directly to business leaders.
- Partner Globally: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to cross-functional leaders, regional heads, and business unit directors to maximize commercial growth.
- Scale Operations: Modernize data architecture, automate reporting, and build streamlined, repeatable financial processes across global entities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in FP&A management reporting, strategic FP&A, corporate finance, or business partnering. Backgrounds in top-tier professional services (MBB consulting, investment banking, Big 4) or high-growth high-growth digital, big tech, consumer tech, internet / e-commerce, or marketplace ecosystems.
- Advanced analytical skills and a proven track record of building complex, dynamic financial and operational models.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives, translate dense data into crisp boardroom presentations, and confidently engage directly with stakeholders up to the Board level.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with Mandarin-speaking markets and stakeholders.
- Effective problem solver with sharp business judgment, ask the right questions, and proactively clear organizational roadblocks before they impact global growth.
