Job Responsibilities
1. Overall Sales Support Management
As the core hub for business unit management and strategic support, this position is responsible for integrated support and management across performance management, business analysis, commission management, sales effectiveness, key product development, industry market intelligence, and system/process support.
2. Performance Management
- Assist the Country General Manager in developing and improving performance appraisal schemes for the business unit’s sales team and relevant personnel, including defining performance indicators, weightings, and evaluation criteria, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and business development priorities.
- Organize the collection, consolidation, and calculation of day-to-day performance data, and conduct comprehensive and objective assessments across key dimensions such as sales performance, customer development, project progress, and teamwork.
- Regularly analyze and provide feedback on performance results to support performance discussions, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop improvement plans to enhance individual and team performance.
- Assist in developing incentive policies based on performance results, ensuring effective application of performance outcomes, motivating the team, and supporting the achievement of business unit objectives.
3. Business Analysis
- Establish and improve the business unit’s business data collection and analysis framework, regularly consolidating key indicators such as sales, costs, profit, and market share, and analyzing business performance through trend, comparative, and structural analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business analysis reports covering business results, key issues, and potential risks, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making by the Country General Manager.
- Closely monitor the sales performance of key products, market growth across different channels, changes in customer structure, and competitor activities, using data analysis to identify key drivers and underlying factors.
- Develop recommendations and response strategies to address identified issues, drive resource optimization and business adjustments, and improve the business unit’s operating performance and competitiveness.
4. Commission Management
- Verify sales order information and sales performance data, and calculate commission amounts through the relevant systems to ensure accuracy.
- Regularly coordinate with the Finance and Marketing teams to review and reconcile commission data, ensure consistency, and promptly resolve discrepancies and disputes in a fair and appropriate manner.
- Assist in tracking and confirming commission payments to ensure that sales personnel receive their commissions accurately and on time.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of commission data, evaluate the effectiveness of incentive mechanisms, and propose timely improvements to commission policies based on business and market developments, thereby motivating the sales team and supporting business growth.
5. Sales Effectiveness
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales effectiveness to accurately identify sales bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Organize regular performance review sessions and analyze the underlying factors affecting sales effectiveness, including sales tools, customer relationships, and cross-functional support mechanisms.
- Lead the development of improvement initiatives, such as optimizing sales processes and organizing targeted training programs.
- Monitor sales effectiveness data on an ongoing basis and continuously refine improvement initiatives to enhance individual sales productivity and overall sales execution capabilities, ensuring the effective achievement of sales targets.
6. Key Product Development
- Develop market promotion strategies and sales plans for key products, taking into account industry trends, market demand, and product characteristics, and define target customers, key selling points, and competitive advantages.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and other teams to conduct market research, analyze customer requirements, and refine product value propositions.
- Provide the sales team with product knowledge training and sales enablement tools, including product brochures, presentation materials, solution demonstrations, and successful case studies.
- Regularly track sales performance, analyze sales issues, and adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Optimize resource allocation and drive market penetration and scalable sales of key products in target markets, strengthening the business unit’s core product competitiveness.
7. Industry and Market Research
- Lead the monitoring and in-depth analysis of industry and market developments, establishing an intelligence-gathering framework covering industry policies and regulations, technology trends, market size and forecasts, competitive landscapes, and benchmark companies.
- Organize regular industry-specific research and analyze the needs, pain points, and purchasing behavior of target market segments.
- Develop comprehensive research reports covering industry assessments, opportunities and challenges, and the impact of emerging technologies, providing market insights to the Country General Manager and sales team.
- In line with the business unit’s strategy, identify high-potential markets and target customers, and provide recommendations on market entry strategies, including product positioning, channel expansion, and competitive approaches.
- Support the business unit in formulating market strategies and making resource allocation decisions, enabling the business to capture emerging market opportunities.
8. System and Process Support
- Monitor sales processes across different stages, including systems such as iSales and BSS, clarify process responsibilities and operating standards, and improve process standardization and cross-functional efficiency.
- Establish mechanisms for system training and adoption, guide the sales team in using business systems effectively, and improve data entry quality and depth of system utilization.
- Regularly collect user feedback and work with the IT team on system enhancements and issue resolution to ensure stable system operations.
- Analyze process bottlenecks through system data, promote process simplification and automation, reduce operating costs, and provide the system and process support required for scalable sales growth.
Requirements
1. Education and Professional Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines are preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales management, sales operations/support, or related roles, including at least 1 year of team management experience.
2. Professional Skills
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales management process.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office applications.
- Strong logical thinking, organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
3. Personal Attributes
- Strong sense of responsibility and strong team spirit.
- Highly data-oriented and capable of identifying issues and driving effective solutions.

4. Other Requirements
- Effective bilingual in Chinese and English, because the candidate needs to liaise with both English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Experience in sales support or sales operations management within a multinational corporation or large enterprise is preferred.
