Position: Barista

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, drinks, and teas to customers.
- Ensure all beverages are made according to our high standards and with a focus on consistency.
- Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee machine, counters, and storage areas.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist in opening and closing the café, ensuring all tasks are completed before and after shifts.
- Promote menu items, seasonal specials, and add‑ons to customers in an engaging manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a barista is preferred.
- A genuine love for coffee and coffee culture.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
