Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager for commercial baking equipment will lead sales efforts in a designated territory, focusing on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include developing strategy plans, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and providing ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction with the solutions provided. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations. This is a full-time, home based role based in SouthEast Asia, preferably Singapore for maximum flexibility to cover the APAC Territory.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including experience developing strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of commercial baking equipment, manufacturing processes, or related industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for tracking sales activities and generating reports
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining on-site and remote work effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events
