  • Handle full set or partial set of accounts, depending on business requirements.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supplier payments.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and audit documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, vendors, and customers on finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Candidates who can commence work on short notice or immediately will have an added advantage.
