Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for the company’s manufacturing products and services.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while managing and growing existing key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships at both operational and executive levels.
- Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to propose suitable manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and commercial bids.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Mechanical Engineer or relevant discipline
- Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or related industries
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Ability to build customer relationships and identify business opportunities
