Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive sales and technical support to customers regarding the effective use of products to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain products and consistently monitor their performance.
- Assist customers with product installation, including drawing simulations.
- Provide operational support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues.
- Supply customers with advice or information as needed or as determined by the Service Engineer.
- Collect and relay product information through service activities, including insights on performance, defects, yields, and other technical concerns.
- Gather customer feedback, requirements, claims, and comments related to product performance or operation.
- Provide information requested by customers regarding the products.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in the semiconductor sector is a plus, but candidates without prior experience will also be considered.
- A self‑driven, results‑oriented individual who is independent, adaptable, and passionate about developing high‑quality technical products.
