Corporate Communications Executive

Location: 25 Tanjong Kling Rd, Singapore 628050 (Boon Lay)

Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days

Working hours : 8am to 530pm

Salary : $4,000 – $4500

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of the Annual Report and Corporate Magazine
  • Ensure all publications are aligned with corporate branding, tone, and quality standards
  • Support and drive ESG initiatives across the group, aligning with corporate objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of the Sustainability Report, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants for accurate data collection and credible reporting
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and volunteerism activities
  • Prepare and support materials for leadership communications, including presentations and speeches for corporate events
  • Manage and update corporate social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Maintain key corporate communication materials, including the corporate website, corporate profile, and reception video
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve the Group’s corporate profile and public presence
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications or a related field
  • ESG experience is a must
  • Familiar with digital communications and basic branding principles
