Inside Sales Executive (West, 5 Days, $3.5k)

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer purchase orders and forecast for SG & Regional offices.
• Handle daily correspondence with internal teams and customers.
• Monitor customer forecasts and support monthly order processing.
• Coordinate inquiries with overseas offices and prepare internal purchase requests.
• Follow up on lead times and order confirmations.
• Liaise with the shipping team on shipment arrangements and documentation. 

Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering preferred
• 2 to 3 years of relevant sales or order processing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Singaporean only need apply
