Job Title: Cross-border Tax Accounts Manager

Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Chinatown

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis
• Handle Singapore and Malaysia tax matters, including Corporate Tax, GST/SST, and Withholding Tax
• Support investment-related financial reporting and ad-hoc management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong experience managing full-set accounts independently
Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia tax regulations, including Corporate Tax, GST/SST, and Withholding Tax
• Able to prepare ledgers, trial balances, financial statements, and tax schedules using Microsoft Excel or manual accounting methods
• Experience with Malaysian accounting, taxation, or cross-border financial operations is an advantage
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Malay for workplace communication and document handling
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
