What You Will Do
Participate in classroom and on-the-job training, prepare and execute account plans, sell White Cap’s value proposition and products, and enter and process customer orders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- One to two years of sales or related field experience
- Strong communication skills

- Comfortable interacting with team members
- Spanish language proficiency
Benefits
- Targeted base salary of $37,000 per year
- Variable compensation with a starting target of $80,000 per year
