Role Overview

Join White Cap’s Accelerated Sales Program to fast-track your sales career and work in a diverse environment with career opportunities. As an Account Manager, you’ll participate in training and develop skills to succeed in outside sales.

What You Will Do

Participate in classroom and on-the-job training, prepare and execute account plans, sell White Cap’s value proposition and products, and enter and process customer orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • One to two years of sales or related field experience
  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable interacting with team members
  • Spanish language proficiency

Benefits

  • Targeted base salary of $37,000 per year
  • Variable compensation with a starting target of $80,000 per year
