Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager leads cross-functional initiatives, partners with stakeholders, and oversees sales tools, systems, and processes. They have a well-developed understanding of Sales, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders. Project management, process development, and execution are critical to success in this role.
What You Will Do
Owns sales execution of business initiatives, governs and optimizes sales tools, systems, and processes, and supports business integration activities. Manages customer communications, SAP Sales Hierarchy change processes, and Commercial News.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales, broker, and/or CPG experience
- Proficient in PowerBI, SharePoint, and MS Office
- Strong management skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to manage a budget
- Basic understanding of pricing, trade promotions, and the impact of pricing on volume
- Strong process mindset with ability to lead through complex issues and simplify ways of working
