Role Overview
The Senior Account Executive will cover a territory in the Knoxville area, responsible for prospecting and closing sales to new customers, managing existing business relationships, and resolving customer service escalations. This is a hybrid position with occasional visits to the local office.
What You Will Do
Initiate business to business sales relationships, prospect and close sales opportunities, manage prospects, and maintain sales pipeline to achieve budgeted sales goals.

Ideal candidate is an aggressive hunter with prior outside/field sales experience in a business-to-business setting, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with computer and software applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relative work experience
- 4 years of work experience in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments
