Role Overview
As a member of the Account Management Team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with restaurant partners, analyzing portfolio performance, and identifying new opportunities. You will interact with traders, provide analytical support, and ensure a smooth experience for partners.
What You Will Do
Your daily tasks will include maintaining a restaurant portfolio, providing analytical after-sales support, building customer relationships, and reporting on account status. You will also present new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners and work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns.

Requirements
- Fluent in German, conversational in English
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, project management, customer support, consulting, or marketing
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong (oral and written) communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to provide an excellent partner experience
- Good time management skills with a problem-solving approach
- High sense of responsibility and proactivity
- Knowledge or experience with analytical dashboards (e.g. Looker, Power BI) or data-driven decision-making
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
