Windsor Windows & Doors has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Southern California. The ideal candidate would reside in Southern California, somewhere between San Diego and LA. This region of the country is positioned for aggressive growth.
What You Will Do
Business Development of Existing Accounts, Business Development with New Distribution, Strengthen current and new customer relations, Visit customers independently, Prepare and implement a sales plan with customers, Meet established sales goals for the assigned region.

Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred
- 2-5 or more years of experience doing similar work with window manufacturer or millwork distributor
- Proven success at establishing and growing a customer base
