Role Overview
The Japan Partner Sales & Business Development team is part of Workday’s Global Partner Organization, which defines and develops our partner ecosystem, driving rapid and intentional change to adopt an open and modern ecosystem. As a Partner Development Manager, you would support the broader partner development strategy and work with a specific set of partners, focusing on learning and contributing to the growth and success of these partnerships.

Partner Relationship Management, Partner Enablement, Go-to-Market (GTM) Support, Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Internal Collaboration, Market Research and Analysis, Product Integration & Localization Enablement

- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with technology and understanding of SaaS concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is often a plus
