Role Overview

We are seeking an AI-first and process-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in helping compound ARR by shaping and operationalizing Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy.

What You Will Do

Act as a project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses quickly and accurately, assisted by AI.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar
  • Exposure to Quota/Compensation Planning, Commission Execution, Sales Territories, Deal Desk, Lead Routing, Renewal Operations, Funnel Reporting (hands-on experience in at least 2 of these areas)
  • Use Claude Code (or similar AI coding assistant) as your daily driver
  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and writing code (SQL/Python)
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills with a passion for documentation and knowledge management
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and build processes from the ground up
