Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive long-term customer value, product adoption, portfolio retention, and growth across key customer accounts. You will work alongside an Account Manager and Renewal Manager to build custom roadmaps, track key business metrics, and ensure customers maximize the full ROI of our solution suite.
