Role Overview
The Director, Marketing Operations and Delivery will serve as the execution engine behind the Marketing Division and Private Segment & Product Marketing (PSPM) strategy, ensuring priorities move from vision to action with excellence, discipline, and measurable results. This role will lead a team responsible for ensuring work is effectively prioritized, coordinated, and delivered across multiple stakeholder groups while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
What You Will Do
As Director, Marketing Operations & Delivery, you will be responsible for operationalizing and executing the strategic priorities of the Marketing Division and PSPM organization. You will ensure strategic initiatives are translated into actionable plans, aligned across teams, and delivered with consistency, efficiency, and excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience (eight years)
- Minimum of eight years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, project management, or related disciplines, including at least three years of staff management experience within a marketing-oriented environment
- Professional certifications such as Scrum/Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related credentials are preferred
