Role Overview
As a Customer Account Manager, you will work with District Leaders, General Managers, and other key personnel to achieve sales goals for assigned accounts. You will implement new Commercial Sales programs, visit assigned accounts, and develop approaches to position products and services. You will also provide feedback and input to business partners to strengthen the market position of the company.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include working with commercial customers, developing sales approaches, and maintaining a database of account sales call activity. You will also communicate with Store Team to ensure customer expectations are met and provide feedback to business partners.

You will also need to have strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze business reports and think strategically.
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Proven sales track record with 3-5 years related selling experience
- Valid driver’s license and fleet safety certification
- ASE certification preferred
