Role Overview
The eCommerce Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in shaping Würth Baer Supply Company’s digital presence. This position blends digital marketing, product content optimization, SEO/SEM strategy, and creative production. You’ll manage product listings, online campaigns, and site performance.
What You Will Do
Manage online sales operations and strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue. Oversee eCommerce operations including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as sales, website traffic, and conversion rates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product content management
- Proficient in HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Understanding of SEO best practices (HTML, CSS, site structure)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
