Role Overview

XiFin is seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Executive, Pharmacy Solutions to grow our footprint in the pharmacy market. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market pharmacy customers, including retail chains and independent specialty pharmacy organizations, connecting them with XiFin’s pharmacy services and revenue cycle management solutions.

What You Will Do

Drive new business growth across mid-market retail pharmacy chains and independent specialty pharmacy accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Develop a deep understanding of each prospect’s operational and financial challenges, and position XiFin pharmacy solutions as a measurable value driver.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare technology, electronic health record, pharmacy services, or revenue cycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals in a mid-market or enterprise environment
  • Experience selling to retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or health system customers strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations, reimbursement workflows, or revenue cycle concepts is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong organizational skills to manage pipeline and forecasting
