Module Lead – GCP Data Engineer Job

We’re a leading technology integrator looking for a Module Lead – GCP Data Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in Google cloud development. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing data pipelines, optimizing data storage solutions, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, they will be responsible for leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring application security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Google cloud development
• Build and manage data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data
• Optimize data storage solutions with Cloud Storage, Bigtable, and Spanner
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build and automation tools
• Expertise in Complex Jobs Design and Development
• Lead a team to deliver expected business results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture and best practices
• Ensure application security, compliance, and performance optimization
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Hands-on experience with GCP services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
