Role Overview
Drive growth in new and existing markets across the Southeastern U.S. as a Business Development Director. Create and execute a measurable strategy and sales plan to promote construction services in multiple market sectors.
What You Will Do
Author a business development plan, oversee new business development creation, organize CRM and sales efforts, research new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements
- Undergraduate university degree or higher (preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration)
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the construction industry or planning and implementing business development strategies
- Deep understanding of the market, including key players, technologies, regulatory frameworks, and market drivers
