Growth Marketing Manager BtoB (F/H)

Role Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Partnerships Director, the Growth Marketing Manager BtoB will contribute to building and deploying an effective marketing strategy, generating visibility, business opportunities, and value for our partners. This role is for you if you enjoy managing performance-oriented marketing devices, with a strong focus on HubSpot (segmentation, nurturing, automation) and revenue generation.

What You Will Do

Structuring and piloting outbound strategy, piloting acquisition channels, coordinating campaigns with media partners, tracking performance and optimizing devices in a ROI logic, producing and piloting content, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Brand, and Account Management teams.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You are a Master 2 graduate in operational or digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a first experience in a SaaS BtoB environment (ideally in fintech), good mastery of HubSpot, and a good understanding of SEA & SEO and a first experience with CMS software.
