Customer Success Manager – Federal

Role Overview

This is a remote position that requires consistent travel in the Southeastern United States. The ideal candidate will be located near a major metropolitan area, such as Atlanta or Jacksonville, and have experience working with the government. The role involves representing Legion to customers and communicating with technical decision-makers.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their needs and develop new platform capabilities to meet them. You will also need to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.

Requirements

  • SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Significant experience as a CSM or AM working with the government
  • Ability & Willingness to travel
  • Experience with a technical product
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate
  • Understanding of AI technologies
  • Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO)

  • Competitive salary ($150,000—$230,000 USD)
