Role Overview
Our partner in the Legal industry is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition, build brand visibility, and drive long-term revenue growth.
What You Will Do
You will design and execute growth strategies that position the firm as a trusted partner in litigation, corporate advisory, and debt recovery. You will work closely with senior leadership, leveraging your expertise in B2B business development, tender processes, and marketing to expand the client base and strengthen market presence.

You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, design and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the firm’s growth goals, and track industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- 4–7 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or sales, ideally within professional services such as legal, finance, or consulting
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience managing mid- to large-sized B2B ticket sizes and closing high-value deals
- Proven experience in client acquisition, tender submissions, and B2B sales
- Skilled in proposal writing, pipeline management, and CRM usage
- Confident in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
- Strong communicator with excellent networking and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently
- Professional, polished, and able to represent the firm with integrity and gravitas
