Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to help tell stories, strengthen our brand, and expand our impact across Central Florida. This role will serve as the lead marketing professional for a nonprofit organization, shaping how our community experiences the Magnify brand while supporting fundraising, recruitment, program growth, donor engagement, and organizational communications.
What You Will Do
Lead organization-wide marketing and communications initiatives, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage website, social media, email marketing, and digital communications, create compelling stories, videos, graphics, and content that inspire engagement, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Five or more years of marketing and communications experience
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and website content management
- Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, analytics, and performance reporting
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A collaborative mindset and passion for mission-driven work
