Role Overview
The Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics is responsible for leading the delivery of actionable insights that support day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and overall organizational performance. This role oversees a team of analysts and leads analytics initiatives of moderate to high complexity, ensuring the development of scalable reporting, robust data models, and consistent metrics across the organization.
What You Will Do
Leads, mentors, and develops a team of Sales Operations Analysts, Sales Enablement Specialists, & Data/Business Analysts fostering technical growth and analytical rigor. Establishes team priorities, workload distribution, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, financial analysis, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity
- Strong experience designing datasets, writing SQL queries, and building reporting solutions
- 3+ years working with Power BI and Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSDT) preferred
