Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a remote based in Indonesia, reporting to the Head of Solution Engineering, Emergine Markets in the Solutions Consulting department. As a critical technical partner, you will drive the digital transformation of our enterprise customers by providing expert thought leadership and high-impact technical guidance.
What You Will Do
Provide technical thought leadership and advice to enterprise customers on how to transform their digital experience. Take total ownership of the technical sale and all associated processes. Identify and qualify technical opportunities while developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in presales roles, with at least 3 years specifically focused on selling security solutions and technologies
- Hands-on experience with systems installation and administration of routers/switches
- Deep technical knowledge of network security principles and applications
