Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Engineering Manager – UAE to join our team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Sales Engineering Director in the Solutions Consulting department. You will work to define and drive the regional technical-win strategy in partnership with Sales leadership, ensuring consistent, high-quality pre-sales execution across priority accounts.
What You Will Do
Own the end-to-end pre-sales motion and ensure the Sales Engineering team delivers consistently high-quality, value-based customer engagements that accelerate pipeline and close outcomes. Build a high-performing, engaged SE team through coaching and 1:1s, with clear development plans, continuous feedback, mentoring, and defined career progression.

Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- 8+ years enterprise pre-sales / solutions engineering experience
- 2+ years leading and developing Sales Engineers
- Proven ability to run the regional pre-sales motion
- Strong executive customer leadership and a deep security/networking foundation
