Role Overview
You will lead analytics for the Growth and Placement areas of Acrisure’s North American Insurance (NAI) business. This is an applied role: you will turn data and models into decisions that change how we win, place, and retain business.
What You Will Do
Drive applied analytics for growth and placement, own the analytics agenda for growth and placement in North American Insurance (NAI), and apply advanced methods to improve revenue growth, carrier and market placement, win rates, and retention.

Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in data analytics or adjacent quantitative fields
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Financial Services experience preferred
