Role Overview
The Growth Operations Associate will partner across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support the growth team. This role will inform business strategy and deliver data-driven insights that enable revenue generation across the organization.
What You Will Do
The Growth Operations Associate will be responsible for system design, project management, documentation, and enforcement of processes and governance. They will also serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems and champion data integrity and governance standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in consulting, finance/revenue operations, sales/growth operations, and deep Salesforce fluency. They will also have exceptional communication skills, project management experience, and a bias towards building processes and systems over writing memos.
