Senior Creator Executive, Creator Growth

Role Overview

Responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and growing high-potential creators within the AnyMind network, focusing on e-commerce-driven monetization and scalable content strategies.

What You Will Do

Drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Affiliate Revenue for brand clients on platforms such as TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping or Meta/Shopee.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience working with KOLs, KOCs, and brands.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or E-commerce Enabler roles
• Experience working with KOLs, KOCs, artists, talent managers, agencies, or brands
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and/or Shopee affiliate ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance targets
• Strong communication in English and Vietnamese, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue-driven KPIs
• Proficient in both verbal and written English
• Existing network macro & mega creators within entertainment, lifestyle, music, or commerce
• Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality
