Role Overview

Join Apple Finance as an Order to Cash (O2C) Lead, supporting customers across multiple regions with diverse billing models, payment terms, and invoicing formats. Collaborate with Global Business Services, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Collections, and Sales to ensure accurate invoices, applied dollars, and ready processes for audit.

What You Will Do

Own and evolve an O2C function, handle diverse commercial structures, turn manual processes into a repeatable and auditable operating model, and scale it globally within Apple’s finance ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building or re-architecting O2C processes in a global organization
• Deep knowledge of accounts receivables, credit management, invoicing, and cash application at scale
• Strong controls mindset; public accounting or audit background and a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) a plus
• Hands-on experience with SAP; familiarity with billing tools and automation a plus
• Ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and translate evolving requirements into durable processes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels
