Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join our team at Auckland Airport. The role involves interacting with customers, marketing products and services, and performing various tasks such as inspecting vehicles and cleaning them. Requirements

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
