Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Publicity, Communication, Administration, or related areas
• Experience in planning, configuring, and executing email marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, automated flows, and lead nurturing
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics
• Knowledge of A/B testing and result optimization strategies
• Knowledge of contact base management and hygiene
• Knowledge of good email marketing practices and LGPD
