Business Operations Analyst, AI & Innovation – Brand Consulting

Role Overview

The Business Operations Analyst, AI & Innovation supports the CAA Brand Consulting team, splitting time between hands-on support for the group’s AI applications and workflow implementation work and the operational rhythm that keeps the broader Business Operations function running.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will test, document, and maintain agentic workflows and tools, oversee and scale the team’s shared AI component library, facilitate the integration and deployment of proprietary AI systems, track and analyze live workflow metrics, and manage usage and spend tracking dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as an analyst, coordinator, or product-support role
• Working knowledge of AI tools, with a product-management mindset; comfortable gathering requirements, prioritizing intake, and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; able to hold several threads at once without letting any slip.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong PowerPoint skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally.
