Role Overview
Support Dynatrace employees with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences throughout with a particular focus on pay, working time, and Leave of Absences.
What You Will Do
Prioritize and lead People Operations delivery, own complex employee requests and HR processes, analyze and develop People Operations processes, and implement and improve HR policies and controls.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Excellent German and English communication skills, relevant HR or People Operations experience in an international organization, strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and collective bargaining agreements, experience with HR operations and HR technologies.
