Sales Planning Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Planning Manager to lead commercial planning for Dyson Germany, based in our Cologne office. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain, helping align commercial ambition with operational execution.

What You Will Do

You will own the Germany sales forecast and latest estimate process across our key retailers, support monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles, and drive scenario planning and gap-to-target recovery actions across volume and value.

You will partner closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to ensure customer, category and market insights are reflected in business forecasts, stock and availability plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management or Commercial Finance, ideally in consumer goods, retail or a technology-led business.
• In-depth knowledge of forecasting and planning, with a record of delivering results in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations.
• Strong understanding of sell-in, sell-out, inventory, availability, promotions, launches and P&L drivers.
• Advanced Excel capability; experience with SAP, Power BI, planning systems or statistical forecasting tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Clear communication in English with the ability to influence across functions and levels. German is a plus.
