Role Overview
The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive financial insight. This role partners with senior management to translate company objectives into integrated financial plans and ensures operational effectiveness.
What You Will Do
The Director will participate in establishing strategic plans and financial objectives, own the enterprise Annual Operating Plan, and make final decisions on implementation within Corporate FP&A.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field
- Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, business unit finance, or related financial leadership roles
- Broad knowledge of Corporate FP&A and adjacent finance disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into financial plans, make implementation decisions, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver results through leaders and teams
